4Berri Consulting were engaged to provide interim planning and scheduling support on the Hinkley Point C programme. Our scope covered the following:

• Regular planning and progressing of detailed Earthworks, Main Civils and MEH programmes

• Development of programmes to support Change Management and the Integrated Working Schedule (IWS)

• Interim Planning Management

4Berri Consulting provided Scheduling and QSRA consultancy support, as well as schedule assurance carried out in line with NEC contractual requirements. We were able to conduct detailed programme reviews and update the client L2 schedule for Balance of Plant scope of work.
